Shine Like Me will not recreate any designer logos without the consent of the designer. As well as using any replica designer charms on jewelry items. Designers such as Louis Vuitton, Chanel, Gucci, YSL and etc… cannot and will not be duplicated on any of our items due to copyrights and trademarks. Shine Like Me will also NOT create any replica items from other businesses. All of our designs are original!

- Avoid hitting your luxury accessory against other objects.
- Avoid dropping your luxury accessory from high areas.
- Keep your luxury accessory away from stress, high temperature or sun exposure.
- Keep in mind that quick changes in temperature can cause cracking or clouding of your luxury accessory.
- Make sure you give your luxury accessory a little TLC when you are wearing or holding it.
- Please do not clean your luxury accessory with type of soaps, detergents or cleaners. As this may damage your item and crystals.

TERMS & RETURN POLICY
Shipping Policy
DELIVERY AND SHIPPING DO NOT HAVE THE SAME MEANING. Delivery timeframe on the shipping methods are simply the estimated days the carrier will deliver your items. Shipping is when Shine Like Me creates a shipping label, packages your item(s), and hands them over to the carrier for delivery.
- Free Shipping on all domestic orders when selecting USPS Priority Mail (Delivery Within 3-5 Business Days)
- USPS Express Shipping (Delivery Within 1 Day) – $27.00
- UPS Next Day Air (Delivery Within 1 Day) – $30.00
- FEDEX Overnight Standard (Delivery Within 1 Business Day) – $40
- International Shipping $30 flat rate.
- Other shipping methods are available as well. Please inquire by emailing info@shinelikeme.com
- If your order is a rush, an extra $30 fee will be collected through a PayPal invoice.
Return Policy
- Jewelry returns please email info@shinelikeme.com within 7 days after you receive your item. From there we’ll discuss refunds, exchanges, etc. All custom order sales are FINAL!!! Since all items are custom made and handcrafted to order. If you should have any problems with your item(s) please fill out the “Contact Form” or email:info@shinelikeme.com
- It is up to Shine Like Me if any items are able to be returned for a full refund, partial refund or exchange. This only applies to jewelry items such as necklaces, earrings, bracelets or rings. If there are any custom charms or pieces on these items we will not take them back. Phone cases or other custom pieces used with our exclusive luxury crystals we will not take back as well.
- In the event you are not satisfied with your item(s) please email us info@shinelikeme.com or fill out the “Contact Form” and list your reasons. It is up to the discretion of Shine Like Me to take back your item(s) and issue a refund, partial refund, or exchange. This too only goes for jewelry items. Shine Like Me sends updated photos (custom items only) of work in progress of your item(s) to avoid situations like these. Therefore there will be no room for any client to be unsatisfied. We do want all of our clients to be extremely happy and overjoyed with their products.
- If you need to cancel your order before production of your order starts, please reach out to info@shinelikeme.com . It’s Shine Like Me’s discretion to cancel any orders.
TERMS of USE
- Under any circumstance is Shine Like Me liable for misuse of your items. This includes tampering with crystals (pinging them off purposefully) and/or dropping your item to where crystals or other elements fall off or break.
- Shine Like Me does not cover loss if you’ve misplaced your item(s) or if they were to be stolen. This goes for delivered packages as well.
- A $10 fee is collected should you need any extra crystals if you happen to lose some or just want them on hand. A separate invoice will be emailed to collect payment.
- Customer will be prompted at checkout to consent to receive an invitation to review their order.
