WHO IS SHINE LIKE ME?
Shine Like Me is a luxury accessories brand that produces custom made and hand made accessories whose designs are one of a kind that are made to be seen and SHINE like no other.
Please note that we can custom crystallize anything you would like. From items in your home to your car to anything else you can think of.
WHAT IS THE PRODUCTION LENGTH OF TIME FOR A LUXURY CRYSTALLIZED ACCESSORY?
It could take up to 2-3 weeks for processing your order for jewelry and custom pieces. If the process goes over the allotted timeframe then you will receive order updates via email. This process for jewelry has a timeframe that includes, construction of the item, shipping the item and when you receive the item. This process for custom pieces has a timeframe that includes, forwarding the sketches of the design(s) to you, construction of the piece(s), shipping it to you, and when you receive it. Depending on the strength of the design. Please keep in mind that any rush orders will require a $30 rush processing fee (which will be sent by a separate invoice for payment)
Bigger customized pieces could take much longer. Such time frame will be worked out between you and us after first deposit is made.
WHEN DO I PAY FOR MY ORDER?
You pay for your order as soon as you checkout on our website. Currently we are accepting full payments on the website upfront only for jewelry. However for custom pieces’ deposits and payments you will need to place your order through email. Email may deem easier if back and forth consultation is needed on your order. WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?
Shine Like Me accepts Credit Card (Stripe), PayPal, Quadpay now Zip, and Google Pay. If you do not have a PayPal, you are still able to checkout with PayPal and use your credit/debit card. For email orders you will be sent a PayPal invoice(s) depending on deposit and payment amounts that need to be paid.
HOW DO I DETERMINE SHIPPING COST?
Domestic Orders:
- Free Shipping on all domestic orders when selecting USPS Priority Mail (Delivery Within 2-5 Business Days)
- USPS Express Shipping (Delivery Within 1 Day) – $27.00
- UPS Next Day Air (Delivery Within 1 Day) – $30.00
- FEDEX Overnight Standard (Delivery Within 1 Business Day) – $40
International Shipping $30 flat rate. Please note for International Shipping that you may have to pay import duties/taxes to your country in order for your carrier to deliver your package. Please refer to your country’s import duties/taxes website for more info.

WHAT ARE YOUR RETURN POLICIES?
ALL custom sales are final being that are custom made to the client’s liking and what’s been ordered. Exception, for other items:
- Refunds ONLY apply to jewelry items such as necklaces, earrings, bracelets or rings. If there are any custom charms or pieces on these items we will not take them back. Phone cases or other custom pieces used with our exclusive luxury crystals we will not take back as well.
- In the event you are not satisfied with your item(s) please email us info@shinelikeme.com or fill out the “Contact Form” and list your reasons. It is up to the discretion of Shine Like Me to take back your item(s) and issue a refund, partial refund, or exchange. This too only goes for jewelry items. Shine Like Me sends updated photos (custom items only) of work in progress of your item(s) to avoid situations like these. Therefore there will be no room for any client to be unsatisfied with custom orders. We do want all of our clients to be extremely happy and overjoyed with their products.
- If you need to cancel your order before production of your order starts, please reach out to info@shinelikeme.com . It’s Shine Like Me’s discretion to cancel any orders.
We take pride in our pieces and know you’ll not want to return any items! For approved refunds, the item(s) MUST be received back to SLM before a refund will be processed. UPDATE: A return shipping label will be provided once the reason for return is provided from the customer. Any returns should be made 7 days after purchase, if possible. Also, if you should lose any crystals or any other materials Shine Like Me will be more than happy to fix your item at an extra fee of $20 or more depending of the severity of the fix. Shipping is to be taken care of by the shipper. Although we will inform you once we receive your item, the length of time it will take to fix your item and the turnaround for us to get your item back to you.
Please also be aware that if your luxury item is dropped, thrown, or mishandled in any other way there is possibly a greater chance that you will loose more crystals or materials than expected.
Shine Like Me stands by their products and materials. Please keep in the mind that your items are luxury and should be treated as such.
CAN I COMMISSION YOU FOR BIGGER PROJECTS?
Absolutely!!! Wedding decor, party decor, cars, furniture, nurseries, items in home, or anything you want to SHINE we can make that happen for you. You can never have enough Sparkle.
